1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment:
    • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
    • To cancel, email us at forthepeopleindia2025@gmail.com with your order details.
    • If the cancellation request is within the 12-hour window, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • After 12 Hours:
    • Once the 12-hour period has passed, the order cannot be canceled, as it will have already been processed for shipment.

2. Refund Policy

Since our products (honey, ghee, etc.) are food items and non-returnable, refunds will only be provided in the following cases:

2.1 Damaged or Wrong Product Received

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, report it within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear images of the product and packaging for verification.
  • After review, we will issue either a replacement or a refund.

2.2 Lost or Undelivered Orders

  • If an order is lost in transit or remains undelivered due to an issue from our side, we will issue a full refund.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Requests for refunds due to change of mind after purchase.
  • Providing an incorrect shipping address.
  • Delays caused by the courier service.
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or taste of natural products.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Reason for refund
  • Supporting images (if applicable)

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 3 -5 business days to the original payment method.

We currently ship across India. If you are located outside our service areas, please contact us at forthepeopleindia2025@gmail.com before placing an order.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities & Rural Areas: 5-7 business days
  • Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or logistical issues.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Flat shipping fee: Depending on locations.
  • Free shipping may be available on bulk orders or during special promotions.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • You can track your order through our delivery partner's website.

6. Undelivered Orders

  • If the delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the courier will attempt re-delivery once.
  • If the order remains undelivered, it will be returned to us, and a refund (excluding shipping charges) will be processed.

7. Damaged or Missing Items
